Refunds

30 days, full refund, no questions. If a book isn't for you, reply to the email it came in within 30 days of buying and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. You keep the files.

Payments and refunds are handled by Payhip, the store that delivers the books. A refund usually shows up in five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Privacy

When you buy a book, Payhip takes your name, email address and payment details to process the order and email you the download. Card details are handled by Payhip and its payment processors and are never seen or stored by this site.

This site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Your email address is used to send you the book you bought and any free update to it. It isn't sold, shared or put on a list you didn't ask for.

Terms

The books are PDFs for your own household's use. You can print them and keep them as long as you like on any device you own. Don't resell them, post them online or pass the files outside your household.

Everything in the books is what one household did to get ready and what it cost, researched and written for general education. Prices vary by store, region and season. Nothing in them is instruction for canning or preserving food; take a class from your county extension office. Nothing in them is medical advice, and nothing in them replaces an order, a warning or an alert from your county or the National Weather Service. When they say leave, leave.
